Behind the scenes, I am developing my dream concept: Camerons Deli.
The idea is to shift my love for great food from the late restaurant hours to the daytime, right in the heart of the neighborhood. I want it to be a shop where the refinement of a restaurant meets the warmth of a local store.
Every product on the shelves, such as cheese, charcuterie, oils, and wine, will be carefully selected based on professional culinary expertise.
At the center of the shop, I envision a spacious production kitchen. This is where the "signature products" will be prepared, including homemade sauces, terrines, chutneys, and high-quality ready-to-eat meals. This space will also serve as the base for my catering operations.
Thanks to an accessible and welcoming dine-in section, it will be a place where you don't just come for your daily groceries, but where you can experience and taste my passion for great food on the spot.
